David currently works at eBay as a Senior Product Manager where he launched "Explore" -- an endless algorithmic feed experience that allows shoppers to easily browse relevant item recommendations that are personalized based on who you are and what you like.
Previously at Twitter, David was the first PM for the Twitter Shopping team where he quickly launched new, monetizable shopping experiences like Twitter Shops, Live Shopping, Shoppable Profiles, and Product Drops. He also bootstrapped Twitter's merchant base from 0 to 10,000 in <1 year.
David initially joined Twitter as a PM on the Growth Acquisition team, driving a +20 million increase in DAUs by leading efforts to drive more logins and signups while inventing ways to boost Twitter content virality across the internet.
Originally, David started his PM journey in Google’s Associate Product Manager program, launching “What’s New" -- a new experience that showcases major ChromeOS updates on all Chomebooks and your Chrome Browser.
David has a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in Saint Louis. While in college, he was classically trained as a software engineer.
- At Google, he shipped a visualization tool that allows customers to easily diagnose problems and monitor activity among entire fleets of IoT devices.
- At NASA, he built a Bluetooth-based tracking system for NASA assets, prototyping bike and package tracking on the JSC campus with potential space applications. His work earned $200,000 in funding from NASA Director Ellen Ochoa and an award for individuals who support the space program.
